We at CFRC could not do any of what we do without YOU, our Ayrshire community. Without your furniture donations, we simply wouldn’t exist or be able to achieve our ‘Social Impacts’. We understand your time is precious and how difficult life can now be having to deal with things via emails or on the phone to call centres and having to wait on a response. Due to this the team here at CFRC have been working hard to make booking, amending or deleting a donation easier than ever before, speeding the process up and giving you, our customer, more control of your collection.
We have achieved this with our new E-Booking platform and this is what it can do:
- You can create an account to save you having to enter your details each time you want to make a donation. Simply add your details once and even that is easier!
- You have access to your booking 24 hours a day – 7 days a week meaning you can donate, amend or delete your booking donation anytime you like. whenever it suits you!
- For the very first time YOU are provided with direct access to the CFRC booking diary meaning you can select your own date for collection.
- Your booking confirmation is instant no more waiting for a reply email simply enter your details & list the items to be collected then select the next available slot its that simple.
- You now also have the ability to amend or delete the booking if you need to make a change. No more emails or calls to us for confirmation. Simply login and select My Bookings and amend or delete as required.
- Signing up for Gift Aid is also very easy and can be actioned by ticking a box so if you are a UK Taxpayer, please tick the box and any funds raised by your donation will be increased by 25% from UK Government meaning for every £1 we raise they will give 25p = £1.25. This makes a HUGE difference to CFRC and what we can provide for our community and environment.
