Better Off North Ayrshire - Affordable Furniture initiative

Better Off North Ayrshire (BONA), is a new three-year financial inclusion programme in North Ayrshire, jointly funded by the European Social Fund and Big Lottery Fund.

As part of this programme, and working in partnership with North Ayrshire Council and other local agencies, Cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company have established an Affordable Furniture initiative to offer low cost, new as well as re-useable furniture to local residents and in partnership with 1st Alliance Credit Union to provide access to affordable finance for both new and reuse goods to those with poor access to credit who are typically left with the option of purchasing goods from high cost debt providers.

The project is targeted lone parents, those on low incomes or those living in a workless household.
